	Declined Cashback Very disappointed that they have declined cashback even though i am now careful to only use the discounts through the top cashback links. However, it seems this retailer does whatever it can not to pay cashback to customers.

	Cash back declined Ordered from here because of the supposed discount as opposed to ordering make it cheaper than elsewhere, and then they have declined the advertised discount. I will not be buying from them again.

	Con Bought something expecting cashback, used an approved voucher code and cashback was declined. It wouldve worked out cheaper to buy from elsewhere if not for taking the cashback into account

	Good The cashback didn't track automatically, I had to put in a claim. Once I did, the claim was reviewed really quickly and progressed to payable in days. More quickly than any cashback I've earned on here before.. i'm still waiting for all the automatic ones from the same week.

	Decline the reward on Topcashback without reason!! Followed all rules, but the reward declined after a few months. Tried to contact the customer service, but no follow-up. Very bad.

	Wish I'd checked the reviews first Add another to the pile of rejected cashback claims. Did everything right, spent £350 on an order, waited for months for the cashback to process, only for it to be declined. Could have gotten my order slightly cheaper elsewhere but used this company because of the cashback. Learned a lesson to always check the reviews on these cashback offers first.

	Poor by SpaceNK and your cashback will be declined Purchased an item without any discount codes, and 2 months later, just declined without any reason. The cashback amount was below £5, so it wasn't even a huge amount. Avoid at all costs.

	If it looks too good to be true, it's probably too good to be true... The cashback rates look great, but then take a look at all the one-star reviews on TopCashBack. In my case, the purchase tracked but was eventually declined for no particular reason. Don't bother with them if you're expecting cashback.

	Cashback tracks most of the time I have found Space NK to be one of the more reliable cashback retailers. I shop online a lot with this retailer and have received cashback the majority of the time. On the occasions it slips I get in touch with TopCashback and they usually sort it out for me.
