Have shopped twice with this retailer and both times cashback never tracked. My advice is take note of your order number and submit a claim. It seems TCB has to sort out the cash back with this retailer. Once they do the cashback is tracked quickly.

Very good service - just like last time, the goods came the next day, and cash back tracked straight away. Once again, it was not for the full 10% amount though. Even taking the VAT off, I can't see how they calculate it. It worked out at about 8% of the order value or about 9.4% if you take off the VAT.
