Very good rates of cashback and I have never had an issue with tracking. Payments become payable fairly quickly and they do free delivery which is reasonably speedy! Excellent overall but will decline the whole cash back if a single item returned.

Declined cashback because I returned 1 faulty item to store, paying more for a replacement! Cost me a top cashback bonus in the process. HOwever they do pay quickly and at a good rate, have never had issue before.

Bought two pairs of expensive shoes for my husband plus a cheap pair of sandals for my son. Had to return the sandals as they were way too small. Shoes Zone then declined ALL my cashback for the whole transaction, despite no mention of this in the terms and conditions. Very disappointing - the cashback should be reduced pro-rata, this is only fair. In the future I will be forced to order each pair of shoes separately to avoid this...which will end up costing Shoe Zone more in delivery!! Short sighted and disappointing from this merchant.
