The employees of the Castle Court Store in Belfast could improve their customer service by smiling and paying attention to the customers instead of "would ya like to smell our Sarah Jessicia Parker" perfume with a sulky face and also facing the other way. it made me want to walk out of the store without buying what i wanted her attitude for working was that bad.

Semi-Chem was one of those 'only browsing' times on the web as I'd never used them through the Internet before and came across them by accident. However I'm glad I did - not only did I buy aftershave and perfume I'd been looking for, Semi-Chem had them both at knock down prices compared with competitors. Add to that the half price batteries, free home delivery and a very generous Cashback deposit. I'm now their number 1fan and will definitely be using them again. Well done Semi-Chem!!
