A “user-friendly site” which is “easy to use” is just one of the reasons members who have left See Tickets reviews loved buying from them through us. One member praised their “brilliant” customer service and described how they let them get a refund on tickets bought for a tour at one venue and buy more for the same tour at a venue closer to home when it was announced three weeks later. Other See Tickets review comments include “great to buy tickets for different events”.

Many TopCashback members also highlighted how transactions tracked quickly, with one describing their experience as “swift and hassle-free”. Other comments left include “always fast on the payouts — great retailer” and “smooth, easy transaction — cashback received without issue”.

	Cashback paid quickly. Nearly covered the amount I paid for a £1.95 transaction fee that was added to the cost of the tickets. Amazing that an online transaction and then emailed tickets, that I had to print off at my expense, should be subject to a transaction fee. Apart from that no issues with the cashback, unless the transaction fee is designed to cover any potential casback paid. No surely not!

	Customer service were brilliant for me allowing me to get a refund on my tickets for a tour at one arena and buying them for the same tour closer to home when tickets were announced there weeks later. The cashback could be better mind, especially with the rip off service and admin fees they charge, but every little helps.

	Would not use this site for cashback again. Spent over £90 on tickets & only received just over £3 cashback because they take "additional extras" off purchase amount before cashback % is paid. Other ticketing websites don't!

	Excessive booking fees, well over the going rate, plus additional stealth charges. If they are the only seller then you are stuck with these. I was unfortunate enough to book a gig where the artist died within days and they refused to communicate with customers over it. Eventually an automatic e-mail came promising a refund within 28 days. In fact they issued a partial refund 37 days later, keeping £27 for zero work done. They've hidden behind Covid-19 to avoid explaining their decision or informing customers. A small admin charge could have been justified but this was extortionate. I'll avoid in future.

	Used three times but all cashback declined. Never had any issues with hundreds of transactions with topcashback in the past so will be using a different ticket supplier going forwards.

	Spent over £200 on tickets with See Tickets in January, tracked very quickly at £1.00. Have been to said concert over two months ago and still not even confirmed. Very slow.
