Placed a £165 order. Initially tracked as £66 only!! Then few days later, cashback was declined at £0.00. No fair. Submitted claim so will see what TCB can do.

Made an order for £340 with this merchant. All was supposed to be in stock but did not despatch straight away as promised on web the site (order made before 14.00). Eventually despatched 2 days later after I was about to cancel my order. However once sent takes about 3 working days with good tracking. Cheaper than many UK sites and good stock levels. I would use again but only if unavailable in the UK or a big saving in price. As for cashback it did track but only for £120 not £340. I have had to put in a claim with topcashback.

We ordered this item mid January. There was a few verification emails and we had to scan and send documents, slightly irritating but nothing too major. Product arrived and was on time and as described.
However it is now August and almost 7 months later we still have not received the cashback...I only bought from Scubastore (Dive Inn) as the cashback made it a slightly cheaper option, next time I will be sticking with Divelife, no cashback, but an easier experience all round...

Beware - if you look at a product on their site, Scubastore sticks a cookie on your computer which you can't get rid of even by closing your PC and reopening next day. Then they refuse to give you cashback.

they sent the wrong product the first time, but it was no problem , had it collected and reordered a new one from italy. excellent came very quickly.
