Cashback declined - opted for top level policy!
I went for a platinum multi pet - offering large cashback (155)
they declined it for no reason?
I re-logged and they declined again.
Honestly wouldn't have signed up with them as that made the policy viable.
Poor show from Scratch & Patch and Topcashback shouldn't list them as they clearly decline many of us!!

Cashback was declined despite tracking. Lodged a claim but to no avail. Should be removed from the site.

Happy to take money, but decline cashback even though it tracks and all T&C's followed (no other offers/etc.). Do not rely on the cashback coming through!

When cancelling policy EMAIL THEM, otherwise they renew and deny that you called and charge you a cancellation fee!! I am going to the Ombudsman needless to say.
