As much as I love SiS products, the SiS cashback experience isn't brilliant. Of the last 4 purchases attracting cashback, 2 of these have been declined for no apparent reason, so this is disappointing. Just purchased more product from SiS, so lets see if the promised cashback is paid this time! It would be extremely useful if TopCashback explained the reason for cashback being declined.

Not sure what the issue is but no cashback paid. This might be as I have points in a SIS account and therefore they may see this as my not spending real money to buy their products.

Used to track and pay very quickly, however still have pending transactions from December. Also having to go through customer services for 4 claims since Christmas.

Takes far longer than 8 weeks for cashback to be received. Order placed on 1st March 2018, it's now 26th September 2018 & the transaction is still showing as pending.... Certainly doesn't take 8 weeks to show as available. :(
