Declined
Set up a direct debit for the offer, and had to sign a posted letter to confirm I wanted to set it up. Then declined. Poor showing from Santander and also makes you wonder whether to trust them with their other offers or even as a bank.

Declined cashback, even tho all actions completed,
Santander declined cashback even tho all steps were followed and then removed their offer from TCB, no support for TCB, disappointed.
