  • What will stop me getting cashback?
    • Cashback will not be paid if you purchase via a price comparison site.
    • Cashback will not be paid if you cancel your policy within 90 days of the policy start date.
    • If you are renewing your policy.
    • If a quote is generated online via TopCashback but you then telephone Sainsbury's Bank to complete the purchase of cover.
    • If you click to retrieve a quote you have generated previously and then purchase, or if you generate a quote and then come back later to retrieve the quote and purchase using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.

  • What else is essential?
    • Once your policy has been live for 90 days and provided that all payments due have been received in full, you will receive confirmation that you have qualified for cashback. The cashback will be paid into your TopCashback account within two months of confirmation that policy has meet the required conditions (โ€œPayableโ€).
    • Only available to new Sainsbury's Bank Car Insurance customers.
    • Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
    • Sainsbury's Bank have the right to withdraw this offer and also reserve the right to change or amend the reward and the sructure of the offer at any time. Any decision made by Sainsbury's Bank with regards to this offer is final.
  • Good to know
    • Although quotes may show as tracked in your TopCashback account this is subject to validation.
    • Sainsbury's Bank will check the final source of the sale during the validation stage and payment of any cashback will not be made if for any reason the sale wasnโ€™t completed via TopCashback.

  • What to do when

    • A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
    • We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
