Don't do it
Exactly the same as all others below. Purchased in March and still stuck on pending.
Customer service seemingly doing nothing to resolve. You won't get your cashback.

Unfortunately I am in the same situation as the other reviewers and 6 months later, the cashback is still pending. I have reached out to topcashback and they aren't being very helpful. Would avoid if you are a prospective customer and go with a different insurer.

No payment
5 months later and it’s still pending. Have read multiple posts on online forums and there seems to be a lot more people facing this issue than are leaving reviews on top cash back. If you read this and you also have not been paid, take the 30 seconds and leave a review.
I paid Sainsbury’s Bank Pet Insurance £90 more than the next cheapest quote but figured that’s not so bad, I’m getting £150 cashback. Not only have I not received the cashback, that decision has now cost me £90 on the assumption I would still be up £60 selecting Sainsburys bank. Not ideal, feels like it’s in the realm of mis-selling an insurance product which is a very regulated market.

Purchase with caution and take screenshot for every page!
After a 7 month wait of making a purchase with Sainsbury's, I contacted Topcashback regarding this payment of which had sat as pending for many months. I expressed my concerns about the negative feedback and confirmed that I followed the correct procedure to track the cashback and that my policy was still running. Due to the negative feedback, I didn't have any hopes of being paid the £45 cashback that is suggested you'll get, but regardless, after a few email exchanges, I was eventually paid out £45....much to my amazement. I fully expected this to be declined like many other cashback amounts are, with Topcashback claiming that I perhaps didn't follow the correct procedure(even though I do everytime) or Sainsbury's just refusing it fullstop. But anyway, £45 went to payable and I have now withdrawn it.

Didn’t even track
I followed all the steps on the TCB process with this merchant but it didn’t even track. I’ve raised a manual missing cashback claim but not holding our much hope as from the other reviews, no one seems to have ever got cashback! They shouldn’t be allowed on TCB in my view
