Cashback Declined
Cashback declined, I suspect because I was a customer of theirs once, ages ago!
Retailers like this should be removed from Topcashback.
I will NEVER use Saga again, for anything, because of the way they behave.

Tracked and declined twice
Booked Saga holiday and tracked and pending very quickly, within months was declined. I submitted a claim, appeared pending, within weeks was declined. No incentives booking with Saga.

Claim rejected
A warning to everyone expecting cashback on an ocean or river cruise. Saga has recently added the condition that cashback is not applicable on Saga ocean or river cruises. As a result they are rejecting claims made prior to this condition being added which to my mind is unacceptable.
