Absolute scam
As other reviewers before me have stated , I followed the link directly from top Cashback but cashback rejected.
Really annoyed as getting the cashback was the only reason I bought from Rayban and would have gone elsewhere .
Absolute scam and a business of this magnitude should have better morals and honour promotions as promised .

This merchant does not want to pay cashback!
I bought my glasses two times from Rayban via topcashback link with all cookies enabled, etc. but all my claims were rejected. They simply do not want to pay cashback as promised.

As many others have stated, they offer a tempting rate but then refuse to payout despite purchase tracking correctly and adhering to all T&C's.

It's a SCAM & waste of your time! Ray-Ban always decline.
They advertised cashback for purchasing META glasses. Went through the whole procedure as required by TopCashback. Long story short, after a dozen customer request forms and back and forth, Ray-Ban said they couldn't find the order despite being given all the receipt numbers, times and date of purchase and the it being tracked through topcashback. By the time Topcashback/Ray-ban got to this decision, it was too late to refund them. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY ON RAY-BAN (topcashback or not). I will never buy from them again. It's basically false advertising.

Hard work and no cashback
I purchased a pair of Meta glasses, not cheap, and despite filling in my prescription they wanted proof of it. Anyway, they eventually arrived but no cashback. Logged a claim and after a long time it was declined by the retailer. I've no idea why and couldn't have made it easier for it to track.

refused to give cashback
This retailer refused my cashback, despite following all the rules. Very disappointed, additionally i had to chase up tracking. I would have thought that a company of this size would have been more organised.
If you buy from Ray Ban don't expect them to honour your cashback

Wouldn't Payout
Product and delivery good. However, in spite of only accessing the website through TopCashback, when I submitted a missing claim TopCashback customer services eventually informed me: "Ray-Ban have taken the decision to decline your claim as we have not been identified as the last channel to your sale". I wonder what channel they did identify? Not impressed!
