Stay away, I used this merchant even got quotes over the phone. The cashback tracked initially but has now been declined despite me meeting the terms.

It isn't for online quotes, so it's hard to see how Topcashback will pay out for a purchase wholly online. Will they pay £2.20 just for going to the site and not buying a policy? I doubt it, and I don't want sales calls, so not a great link to follow.

I expected to receive online quotes, as per other comparison sites - but this isn't a comparison site, they simply farm your details out to companies who will then contact you by phone, which is exactly what I wanted to avoid.
