Submitted a claim for Cashback of £30 for purchasing Landlord Insurance in August 2011 and have never received acknowledgement or cahsback for the purchase. Very disappointing as I had received cheaper quotes elsewhere but went with these due to the cashback figure being offered.

The cashback hasn't tracked and perhaps I have lost it because Quoteline Direct phoned me after I'd entered my details online - I didn't phone them. Maybe they'll say the transaction was not 'wholly online' and won't pay £30.30. If they ring all policy applicants from their call centre, they'll never pay cashback but get a free advert on this site. Their phone call by the way promised a deal only available by phone but provided nothing I didn't get online - same premium, same terms, just a long call confirming stuff I'd already entered online...
I'll ask Topcashback to look into this and report back.
