	Spent over £1000 with this merchant. After six months of waiting they declined the cashback claim giving no reason. Looks like I'm not the first this has happened to and not sure why TCB still has this merchant on it's site. Avoid this merchant, total waste of time and a rip-off.

	Waste of time! 9 months later they say they cant trace my transaction so refuse my cashback but they were quick enough to take the money from my account so how can they now refuse cashback??! complete scam!!

	I thought they had improved as I booked with them and they did not charge extra for using TCB But after looking today they are at it again. Beware you may pay more through TCB than you will get back If you have to use them go direct first and check their prices or use travelsupermarket to get prices

	I booked my hotel through Quick rooms last year (May), they wasnt the cheapest I could find but had a good cash back percentage. I dont know why as they are absolute garbage giving cashback. I will never use them again. If they are this bad just with the cashback, I'm so glad I never had any problem with the hotel :(

	Rubbish, promised 10% and got nowt. Lodging a queery failed to get any response. Avoid like the plague and book with hotels4u, no inflated prices and always tracks

	I am disgusted with these. I found a holiday today and when I went through Topcashback to actually book it they were charging £400 more for the same holiday. When I they took off the 7% cashback it was still £100 more than the original price. I have never come across a company charging more for the privilege of using a cashback site. I have used them previously before without cashback and they were good but I won't be using them again.

	THIS RETAILER IS RIPPING YOUR CUSTOMERS OFF AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM TOPCASHBACK. Was about to book accomodation i found for £898, clicked through from here to get my 7% cashback, only to find they have changed the price to £1003. So even IF they pay up, I would be worse off. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

	CHEATING WEBSITE! As with others, the price had jumped up by £250 when I went through the cashback site, which meant it was actually cheaper going through their site as normal.

	Finally got my cashback after 1 year, (this included 9 nudges-not worth all the effort). Check out the statistics, only 85% reliable & only 30% manual claims complete.

	Have just checked prices on their own website and via TCB for same hotel booking; £57 cheaper on their own site! Surely this type of two tier pricing system defeats the whole object of cashback sites.

	I am afraid my transaction hasn't tracked (this is the first of three which have not tracked this week - so what is happening TCB?) I got a good price for the hotel I wanted and expected to get cashback but so far nothing.

	THEY ARE CROOKS.IF YOU GO DIRECTLY TO THEIR WEBSITE IT OPENS UP A DIFFERENT BROWSER THAT GIVES YOU A CHEAPER PRICE.EVEN WITH THE CASHBACK IT WORKS OUT MORE THAN JUST BOOKING DIRECTLY WITH THEIR OWN WEBSITE.FRAUDS.SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF ALL CASHBACK SITES

	Absolutely fantastic place to get very cheap accommodation it can't be beat from my searches. They do UK & worldwide destinations. Cashback landed very quickly a result alround.Recommend to everyone super site.
