Do not buy from Quick Mobile Fix. I ordered a phone on 14 December 2020 with a 10-day dispatch window, it has still not arrived (2 February 2021 - 34 working days) or even been dispatched. I have been stalled time and time again with excuse after excuse (from Covid, to stuck in quality check to failed quality check). I've been promised it in 10 days, another week, next week, and then 5 days! After so many deadlines being missed I have requested a refund and now they say that's going to take 14 working days. They say they had the product in stock but I don't believe them. They have broken their contract with me. They have failed to deliver in 34 working days. TIP: If you have to buy from them use a credit card so you can at least claim a chargeback if they fail to deliver.

Don't waste your money on Quick Mobile Fix. I've sent off countless emails and messages trying to get an update on my phone repair, and I'm yet to hear back from them. I spent £219.99 for a fast service and they can't even respond to my emails on time, let alone get the phone back to me. I'm almost certain that this company is fraudulent, and will be taking the necessary procedures to rectify the problem.

Ordered an iphone at the beginning of December, it didnt arrive after a couple of weeks - I needed the iphione to use with my daughters epilepsy alarm so I cancelled the order and got one from another supplier which was delivered the following day. I have been repeatedly requesting a refund from Quick Mobile Fix since. They occasionally answer my emails giving dates that they will refund by - but they dont. Hopefully I will eventually get a refund from my credit card company, but I have to wait even longer for that. Just don't buy from this company.

THEY DO NOT PROCESS REFUNDS OR MAKE DELIVERIES AT ALL. THEY MAKE DELAYS AFTER DELAYS AND ARE NOT AFRAID OF BANKS OR THE POLICE. THEY USE AUTOMATED RESPONSES VIA EMAIL AND THEYRE LIVE CHAT. THEY HAVE FAKE EMPLOYEES RESPONDING TO CUSTOMERS ON SOCIAL MEDIA.

Had my phone five weeks for a very simple repair, excuse after excuse made, deadlines came and went, same deadline given again with no explanation. Customer service operatives lie and contradict themselves, or things you were told about the order by the previous operative, they make it up as they go along. Judging by the other reviews I expect I will have to fight hard to get my phone and money back. I have never been treated so badly by a company, they literally do not care!

Fight to get my money back Ordered a phone on 29th June on promise of 7 day (or sooner) delivery. Was Informed on 3rd July of a new delivery estimate of 17th July, so I cancelled on 3rd July. Was informed by them 2 days later that it takes 3-6 working days to authorise a cancellation and payment is 14 days after that. My credit card company says the merchant can make an electronic cancellation which happens instantly. Alarmed by the numerous complaints from people waiting for money on this website and also Moneysavingexpert I have submitted a claim to the Money Claims service for which I have paid a court fee of £35. Was informed It will be worth it if I do get my £472 back. The court has notified me that Quick Mobile Fix have rejected my claim and suggested we go to the Mediation service instead. So in summary, I have paid £472, had their acknowledgment of my cancellation cancellation and they have now rejected my claim to the Court for a refund

Please do not use this company. I ordered an iPhone 6s on the 25th April from QMF and it has been an absolute nightmare. I waited the 14 working days and heard nothing. I contacted them via email and all I got in return was pre scripted emails about ‘quality control’ Obviously they don’t stock the phones that are advertised on their website. After waiting 1 month I wrote to them to cancel the order and give me a refund. I then was told I had to wait 14 working days to get refund. Guess what, after 14 working days, no refund. I have reported them to trading standards (who were already aware of them) and yesterday I started proceedings with the small claims court. It worked as today I received my refund. Please avoid.

IF YOU ARE THINKING OF THIS COMPANY THEN DONT!!! PUT YOUR MONEY STRAIGHT IN THE BIN AND SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS. I ordered an advertised refurbished IPhone X, pristine condition at a cost of £650 over a month ago, I have sent 5 emails, all unanswered, i have spent 2 mornings trying to get through to customer services spening 1 hr 17mins holding the first time and an hour and 15 mins waiting the 2nd time. I have just been given a 5th "promised" delivery date, the other 4 "promised" delivery dates have come and gone. Apparently it is now going to be next week. They have not got this phone, they have falsley advertised just to get the money and will not return my money so will be contacting the POlice after this review, run for the hills people, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, in 52 years, i have never experienced such an appaling service, complete and utter lies if you do get through to somebody as long as you have an hr and half to wait to be able to speak to somebody, DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Keep away from this company they had my daughters iPhone for over 4 weeks for a repair then after numerous emails telephone calls in which they cut me off, I get an invoice for £35 for a battery for which I said no. Finally returned today and I took it to the phone box in Shrewsbury and they repaired it in 2 hours. Keep away from this company disgusting service ??

Terrible company! I am only giving one star because I cannot give any less. Wrong grade and colour of phone supplied, they agreed to a refund...still waiting for a refund 4 weeks since the phone was returned. They have had the money for 8 weeks and counting. Customer services is alien to them, and don't even attempt to contact them on the phone. Avoid at all costs!

rience. Over 3 weeks and no phone. I've now been given three alleged dates they'll dispatch the phones - one when I ordered, one when I complained, and another today when I tried to cancel. The reality is they either have the phone I wanted in stock or they don't - if they do, it simply doesn't take over 3 weeks to dispatch it. Tried to ring them to complain, the phone lines just ring out. Sent messages using their internal website making my dissatisfaction quite clear and asking for confirmation they'd dispatch the phone that day or a refund - got neither - just a "It'll be dispatched in 1-3 working days" completely ignoring what I'd asked for. Posted on their Facebook page - no reply. Messaged them on their facebook page. Took them 3 days to respond and when they finally did there was no apology for the terrible service, just another "It'll be dispatched in 1-3 working days" - avoid like the plague if you want to actually get what you've paid for. The products look cheap but it's a complete scam.
