bought some trainers, cashback tracked quickly but suddenly declined!
these sites seem a good idea but when cashback is declined without explanation it really sucks.
for £2.30 I could really do without the hassle....
go back to using the shops as these cashback sites seem to be all the same, make a fortune by not fulfilling their commitments.

very slow - still pending over 2 months after purchase - if they can't be bothered dealing with cashback transactions they shouldn't offer it!

Very slow at answering e mails you have to phone to get anything done on 0845 No.
I made the mistake of ordering over the Holidays and order had not been processed
But have a good returns policy pre-paid
Cash Back was straight on after purchase
