Used Proswimwear for Xmas presents in November 2012 - it's now May 2013 & still waiting for cashback - nothing tracked & no updates at all. Pointless offering good percentage if they don't fulfill promise. Use Swimshop or Simply Swim instead - both tracked immediately.

Appalling customer service. Part of my order still hadn't shipped 5 weeks after ordering. Nobody contacted me in this time until I chased them, and when I asked for a return, they said OK, but didn't point out that it would then take 14 days to come through! They weren't that slow when taking my money. So they will have had my money for 7 weeks. My advice is shop somewhere else.

I have used this website for a few years now and have always found them good value. Having discovered topcashback, they are even better value. Transaction is tracking after a couple of hours. Just waiting for the cash now.
