Very disappointed with Premiere Inn at Home. The enticement to purchase from them with the expectation of cash back only for it to be declined by the merchant. Feels a little dishonourable to me.

Looking at other feedback, it seems Premier Inn beds don't like paying out cashback. I met all the terms yet they've declined my cashback. It's a shame because every other aspect of their service was great.

Happy with the bed and the service I received however I did make the purchase based on the £119.26 cash back which tracked but declined. Disappointing, as I left them a 5 Star review on their website too :(
