After Topcashback kindly investigating missing cashback for me, after many weeks, Post office travel
Money declined the claim so will AVOID this retailer as they are dishonest as order was definitely placed through this platform.

The estimated 12 weeks to payout is misleading. My cashback would have been due 6 April 2026 but here we are at the beginning of June 2026 and still sat in pending.

Had to chase as had not been paid for up to 4 months
Used Post Office travel money through Topcashback as offered a percentage back which is good when you are purchasing over £300 in travel money. However Topcashback had to chase this for me as had not been paid the cash back after returning from my holiday for 4 months

Did not track after 6 weeks
The service was good and received the money quick, but I wouldn't use Top cashback with Post office travel money again, over 6 weeks and not tracked, I will use someone more reputable.
