Putra Mas Group (PMG) Hotels & Resorts is a Balinese owned company with humble beginnings that started well over 40 years ago. At that time, PMG saw an opportunity in the Legian area, which was not as famous as Kuta. Bali Niksoma was built in 1984, initially consisting of only 10 cottages and intended exclusively for the owner's family who wanted to enjoy a Bali getaway.
In 2003, the property reopened and transformed into an elegant resort. The owner's son, Mr. Anak Agung Gde Prastista, successfully took on managerial responsibilities and dared to expand the target market. Mr. Anak Agung Gde Prastista firmly adheres to the values of consistency, heartfelt service, and human connection in building these three property brands. The success of Bali Niksoma Boutique Beach Resorts led to the opening of The Magani Hotel and Spa in 2012 to attract a different market. This was followed by the upscale hotel The Bandha Hotel & Suites opening in 2016, offering exclusive luxury.
