	AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!! Paid £100 in with no bonus and won £160, asked for a withdrawal and they sent me request for documents. Filled these in and waited a month to be told they were acceptable after getting no help from Live Support or any contact. Just received my £100 back after just 6-7 weeks and so I thought id check where my winnings were. Attempted to log in but was told my account was locked, spoke with live support who say they can not help me as my account is banned! Check the reviews on this site online, they hardly pay peoples winnings. I don't expect to receive the £31.50 topcashback from this

	AVOID AVOID AVOID wish I had read comments before. They make it easy to deposit but impossible to withdraw. TCB should remove this retailer from their site

	Wish I had read these comments before trying this casino out an absolute joke of a company with the worst customer service ever!! Still trying to get my money back off them weeks later if I wasn't so stubborn I would probably just given up and spent the money which is clearly what they are hoping a lot of people will do. Avoid like the plague unless your stubborn like me and have a few weeks to spare!!

	They make it very difficult, if not impossible for you to withdraw your own money. As mentioned on other reviews, depositing money is easy, but when you come to withdraw, the process is ridiculous. You need to send them a bank statement, a copy of your passport or drivers license, and a scan of both side of your credit or debit card. Also, withdrawals are not processed by bank transfer or card process. Instead, you need to register a Neteller or Skrill account. I am still waiting for my money after 15 days of cashing-out. Message to members: Avoid Play2WinCasino. Message to Topcashback: Remove Play2winCasino.

	I would also like to point out, that this casino re-opened my account during a self-exclusion period and took no responsibility for their actions - This is down right wrong. Scam artists, they shouldn't be on TopCashBack.

	They are total scam merchants. Just dont bother. Totally agree with what has been said and TCB should deffo stop using them. Surely it's not even legal to accept card payments but not withdrawals. If they pay the cashback which i doubt then it's not the end of the world but we will see.

	Avoid Play2Win at all costs. Deposit your money and win, then you'll need to sign up tot 3rd party service to withdraw your money, you'll then need to deposit another £25 to be able to withdraw your money, you 'll then get an email saying you need to send them banks statements, scans of your credit card, government issued id. Its a NIGHTMARE. Dont use this retailer. Shame on topcashback for allowing them to be on this site.

	AVOID AT ALL COSTS.... They takle deposits via debit or credit card but don't let you withdraw that way. You can only withdraw via netteler and other european online banking services. Each charge a fee for depositing and withdrawing totally not worth it as even if you win you still have to deposit again before you can withdraw even without using bonuses, then you'll be lucky to see your withdrawl within 10days. Real waste of time
