My order was slow to arrive and had several items not included (card reimbursed). In addition to this they sent a cheaper version of the dog bed I had ordered. Getting it replaced involved sending several emails (I gave up phoning before I'd once managed to get out of the hold queue), a photo of the incorrect item & a claim form. The correct bed was sent quickly once agreed, but they failed to pick up the other one until I chased after them & I also had to chase them to confirm receipt once it had been collected. I will avoid using them in future.
