Customers who are existing or taking out an additional line on EE.
EE One products or EE offers to BT Customers.
Retail and over the phone sales (offline).
Use of a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
Business purchases are only eligible for cashback via the BT or EE Business page.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any offers, discounts or promotions.

Cashback is calculated for the item(s) price only, not including VAT, delivery or other fees.
Handset cashback is based on the airtime value only.
Cashback may track at a lower rate, but will increase once the transaction has been approved by the retailer.
For pay monthly contract sales, commission is only paid if the line is after 120 days from connection, and the first bill has been paid.
