I found the customer support very unhelpful when trying to remedy an issue. The item descriptions are not clear given there are multiple version of the Pi now and they don't seem to think it's an issue to have ambiguous item names which leads to incompatible items being suggested on their website. Choose another site that has a more understanding customer services team, we wasted a lot of time over what amounted to less than £5 that they could have refunded/credited me
