	I did indeed receive the £80 cashback, despite my worry that having previously been a Now TV customer (not broadband) would provide them a loophole to not pay out. It did, however, take a whopping 8 months. I got the broadband moving into my flat, and got the email that it was payable as I was moving out... If you're in no rush for pay out, go for it.

	swindled on cashback amount signed up for £90 cashback, but they only paid out around half the amount agreed

	Tracked at lower amount of £50.00 instead of £90.00. Didn't track at the correct amount. Have contacted TCB CS to hopefully resolve matter, but quite a difference for those people who don't file a incorrect cashback claim.

	Takes far too long to be paid Took ages to be paid although good cashback. Once Id waited ages they then refused the cashback! Luckily id taken a screenshot of the transaction showing it was recorded and eventually once Id raised a query it was paid. Not a great experience if Im honest but at least the cashback was good!

	I had bought 1 month rolling contract phone/ internet + NowTV pass in October 2017 to go live in November 2017. Advertised cashback was GBP 60. The service itself was fine. I had to file a missing claim, which sat with TopCashback for about 8 month saying "ready to be submitted to merchant". After another message instead of nudges, it was submitted to the merchant. Then it took another 8 month or so to get it paid by NowTV. In total it took from November 2017 to January 2019 (no typos in here) for the process to be finished. There is a lot of room for improvement.

	Ok so ordered in june went payable at the beginning of August. Awesome except its tracking at 0 not £70. Still waiting for topcash back to sort it

	Great service - Delivers product. BUT I am still waiting since Nov 2016 for my cashback. There was a warning on the TC site to say cashback may be delayed, but 11 months later I'm still waiting and getting no joy from either company.

	Don't bother It seems as though it has been engineered to stop cashback. After entering your postcode you are asked to confirm your address. No matter what address you choose, whether the correct one or another on the list, the same message appears..'Oops that didn't go to plan, please try again', giving you the limiting option of clicking on the 'Can't see your address?' option, which then comes up with the message...'Sorry, but we can't complete your order online', then proving you with a number to phone to complete your order, therefore not getting the cashback.

	Had to get top cash back to chase them for payment Purchased a few months ago cash back never showed up had to put in a missing claim and get top cash back to chase them up for it, it’s only now just shown up after saying when I purchased it would be shown within 1 day
