Everything always out of stock and hold ups, Avoid avoid avoid
After placing an order with this firm, to include items I wanted to post on as Christmas gifts, it has been one huge catalogue of almost daily emails from this firm informing first one item, then another, then another is out of stock so choose another ... and another.
In all my life I have not met such am utterly disgraceful way to trade! Maybe this is a one off, I doubt it. Twice now I have requested my money refunded. Awaiting yet another coercive response to choose something else ....
