Cashback never appeared. TCB have chased it, but company insists the transactions wasn't through TCB. Not true - have never visited their website except through TCB. Many thanks to the TCB staff who have tried so hard to get my deserved cashback. It appears (from other reviews) that they make a habit of this. Avoid this retailer.

Very poor service! Ordered flowers for delivery - Order processed, payment taken and confirmation sent. Day of delivery and no flowers - phoned Next and was told 'Yes, we have your order. Yes, we have taken your money. No, we have missed arranging your flowers'! Useless!

The reason ifor only 1 star is that if you are expecting cashback from this company then dont waste your time and go to another,cashback was initially confirmed then declined and now they cant find the transaction.Thanks to the TCB team for all there help but please remove this company from the caskback list,I think the general feedback more than justifies this action.

Ordered flowers for a family members golden wedding anniversary, these should have been delivered on Friday they were not delivered until Saturday afternoon. The flowers were lovely Next staff arranged delivery refund and 50% refund on flowers, this however did not make up for incompetence of Yodel who deliver flowers. I will Next flower delivery again.

Absolutely rubbish! Waited almost 3 months to be told that 'your claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction'. Nonsense, and a complete waste of time. These bogus cashback offers are really frustrating. Why do they pretend to offer cashback deals with no intention of paying. Really fed up. Don't bother with them. 1 star because I am obliged to, otherwise 0 stars!

Had a few problems with Next flowers and wine, a large flower arrangement was ordered for my nans 80th birthday on the 14th of april, which never arrived on the day or so we thought, they had been put over the garden fence without a note through the door to say where they were, they were roses which were left in the sun untill the 15th and were in awful, wilting condition. I phoned next to complain and they offered a replacement & a £10 good will refund. Think the Couriers next use are awful!! Cashback amount expected was over £4.00, claim made as took forever to show on profile, next decided to make an offer of 0.46p! Rubbish!Probably would use interflora or even tesco flowers next time!

I had an order with both Wines/Flowers and Next Directory. The delivery on both occasions was excellent, however both of the cashbacks have had be 'manually chased'. One has now been confirmed the other is still outstanding.

Tracked very quickly, slow to pay and unfortunately the quality of flowers received was terrible, they were almost dead, I did complain and they sent out a gift card to the value of what I had spent however this took several weeks to arrive, easier to go to a florist.

flowers ordered bore no resembance to what was delivered, customer service ineffective as have a get out clause which states subject to availability, do not order from Next if it is important that you get what you want as they will send you what they have rather thanmwhat you are paying for.

3 orders, never tracked, always had to get the money via a manual claim.Looks like I will have to do the same again as no mention of the transaction after 12 days.
