	Take forever to refund returns I am very reluctant to order anything online from this store again. It seems recently their "customer services" is run by AI robots so cannot speak to a human being and no phone number to speak to anyone. Head office number is no longer working or taking calls. It's not acceptable to keep people's money for 14 days from receipt of the return.

	Doesn't always track Would be great if it always tracked. I love New Look and buy a lot from there, but my last few purchases, the cashback has not tracked and doesn't show.

	Doesn't pay out! Twice now New Look have refused to pay out. I normally prefer here over other clothing shops due to the cashback but they simply don't pay out, so will go elsewhere!

	Never pay Every time I use New Look on here, they do not pay out and then tell TCB that I have used another referrer (I never have)

	QUICK PAYOUT. My go to place for clothes at the moment. lots of different offers, Easy to click and collect and pays out quickly.

	NO CASH BACK. AVOID spent £65 was supposed to be getting £3.95 cashback but it didn't clear and the retailer failed to clear cashback fund. avoid buying from them. i wouldn't recommend. no point advertising cashback then failing to fulfil. I haven't ought anything from them since. Liars! very annoyed
