Still waiting for cashback from March 2011. No point in having a good cashback rate if they don't pay!
I won't buy from this supplier again if I don't receive the cashback.

I placed two orders with this company after being impressed with their products and free gift offer and high cashback. However I must say I'm not overly impressed with this company.
First of all, it's taken 11 days to get the orders..despite it stating on their website that "most orders are despatched within 48 hours". When I queried this with them, they told me it takes 8-10 days to process orders and I have to allow time for them arrive. The statement on their website then is somewhat misleading.
I actually the placed two separate orders on the same day, just minutes apart, and both orders arrived separately, on separate days!
Neither of the orders has tracked properly and so now I'm having to chase them up for commission.
