What will stop me getting cashback?
- If you, or the car dealer, cancel the sale of the vehicle before Cashback is deposited in your TopCashback account, then you will not be eligible to receive Cashback.
- If your car does not meet our dealer marketplace eligibility criteria, e.g. it is a scrap, old, rare or high mileage vehicle, you will not be eligible for cashback. In these instances where your car is not eligible to sell via our dealer network, we may present an option to sell with another 3rd party car buying service, but we will not be able to grant cashback for these sales.
- Your vehicle must be sold and collected within 60 days beginning from the day of your enquiry to be eligible for Cashback.
- Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
- Any car sales made on the Motorway's website via the TopCashback link will be subject to theTopCashback Terms and Conditions (https://www.TopCashback.co.uk/Terms) and Motorway's Terms and Conditions which can be found on (https://www.motorway.co.uk/terms-and-conditions)
- Cashback may initially track at £0.00 in your TopCashback account and uplift on validation.
- Cashback will only be paid to members who have BACS as their registered TopCashback payment method.
- Motorway will only validate one cashback transaction per registration plate. If you wish to make multiple car sales, please begin each journey from TopCashback.
- Motorway's 'Sell your car' Cashback is available through TopCashback on genuine, tracked transactions. Only sellers that arrive on this landing page via the URL/web link given on the TopCashback site will be eligible, this is to ensure we can track sellers accordingly to redeem their reward.
- This programme is being monitored.TopCashback members transacting fraudulently with this retailer will have their membership terminated immediately and may have their details passed to the authorities for further investigation.
- You accept that any online valuation shown on our Website is an estimated sale price only and is based on a set of assumptions regarding your likely final offer and market data about your vehicle. - A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 90 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
