Unbelievable
No cashback provided despite it tracking on TCB and now told by that Moss have said that ‘we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed.’ Something not right here are all.

New Customer Cashback. First purchase from them, in fact first suit I have had in 40 years. But apparently Being a New Customer does not qualify you as being a New Customer. SCAM

Cashback declined - don't expect it to pay out if you do a partial return
I needed to buy a couple of different sizes to be sure of the right size. It seems that my partial return enables Moss to just decline the cashback on the whole order (I was hoping/expecting they would pay out on the net amount after returns). Not impressed and would not count on cashback from them if ordering from them again.
