Went through topcashback to order from Morale.
The purchse didn't track so I immediately raised a claim.
Topcashback contacted morale who made up and excuse saying I didn't go through topcashback before ordering the item.
Of course I did, I've several hundred pounds in cash back over the years. And know what to do.
So disappointed. I'm now trying to return the purchase or get a refund from morale for the cashback I AM due!
Others had the item cheaper. I only chose Morale, as they were cheaper when cash back considered.
The term to get the cashback were followed by me. I clicked through this site and ordered on line.
If there is software issue that means the tracking isn't correct, that's not my fault and I shouldn't be out of pocket due to it.
Don't choose morale based on receiving cash back, as my experience says you won't get it.
Avoid!

The money tracked quickly, but not confirmed Yet, the item not delivered yet, customer service of this company very poor not one apology for the delay in goods. Would I use this company again NO WAY would I recommend it

Hopeless one every count! No cash back given and I have had to chase my order for the past fortnight. The item I ordered was supposedly in stock and available for next day delivery. This was on the 23rd of August. It is now the 3rd of September and only after several calls to their useless customer service have I finally been given a day for delivery. However, I shall believe it when I see it. Like the other reviewer, I would not buy from Morale again as they are unreliable, have very poor customer service and do not give the cashback advertised.
