	DO not BUY anything Through TopCashback or from this website I purchased home insurance in March, expecting it to be credited. After 180 days, they rejected it. To make matters worse, you can’t even file a complaint because it’s been more than 180 days. These two companies are clearly working together on this. It feels like a complete scam.

	Many thanks for all your help with my claim Used this moneysupermarket car insurance service before and in my opinion should not have had to go through this claiming procedure from the time i took out this policy However as an 80 year old im grateful for the help given and the topcash back team have always been great assistance for me MANY THANKS AGAIN

	It's a long wait! After buying home insurance, the cashback didn't appear to track, so I put in a claim to be told "Your Missing Cashback Claim has been put 'On Ice', as the merchant in which you are claiming against imposes a validation period of 180 days". I haven't experienced this before with any other merchant. After reading the reviews for MoneySupermarket, I'm not confident it's going to be paid.

	I love money supermarket !???? I waited 3 months for my cashback.There waz a deal on at the time with TCB and got cash back from them too! My insurance waz less than last year,+double cashback= virtually free home insurance. happy bunny.I have also done car insurance thru them,too.Free days out also included

	6 months for validation - beware I made a purchase back in September, but have been informed that moneysupermarket home insurance are insisting of 180 days before even validating my claim. My advice - I wouldn't bother, try buying direct from an insurance company who offer incentives such as freebies or loyalty points.

	Still hasn't tracked after over 18 months of waiting "Claimed" cashback via the website, followed all of the rules but still waiting since January 2023 for this to track. Not expecting this to go through now as it's been so long. I'll think twice before using Money Supermarket again.

	Don't bother, it never tracks Purchased home insurance and it hasn't tracked. Second time having issues with these cowboys having purchased travel insuance last October. That never tracked, logged a claim and still waiting on the retailer! Dame Judy Dench can go and do one from now on.

	DO NOT USE! Very crafty company, your cashback says pending then as soon as 180 days passes it get declined for no reason. By this time you are unable to raise a case, very sneaky indeed. I certainly wont be using them again and i urge TOPCASHBACK to look in to this scam or remove them at least.

	Scammers We took out four different policies through MSM last year, ALL FOUR cash back claims have been refused. Do yourself a favour and use other companies to get your insurance through if you want to get cash back I’d give zero stars if it was allowed

	Tracked Immediately My Activity with Money Supermarket Showed up immediately and now that I have taken out and paid for the Policy I expect that the £34 Cashback amount will show up soon in the final column.

	Still waiting for cashback Bought a home insurance policy through them in November 2023, still not received any cashback (was stated as £30). Have been told it has been put 'on ice' and I will have to wait until May until my claim can be submitted to MoneySupermarket again.

	Horrendous if I could have left 0 stars I would have. It has taken 14 months for a resolution due to non communication by the retailer. Will never use them again.
