Very poor indeed, I spent £42 with Menarys and was expecting £4.20 cashback. Once I had created an account and ordered they sent me a discount code for 10%, obviously too late to use it. They have refused to pay the cashback saying that they could not track it to Topcashback. Just be aware that you may not get your cashback! Won't use this company again.

Exellent experience. Bought a Tefal toaster (much cheaper than other retailers) plus a mug to get the free delivery! Delivery mid December spot on. Same toaster was then promoted with further 10% off - quick email and the difference £3.20 was promptly back in my account! £2.63 tracked quickly too. Totally good experience, so very happy. Nice mug too!!

ONE OF THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCES, I ORDERD XMAS GIFTS I DIDNT GET ANY CONFIRMATION OF WHEN MY ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED OR IF THERE WERE ANY PROBLEMS. I CALLED THERE CUSTOMER SERVICES USUALLY GOT ANSWER PHONE NOR ANY ANSWER TO ME EMAILS. WHEN I DID MANAGE TO GET INTOUCH WITH SOMEONE I WAS TOLD MY GOODS WILL BE SENT OUT WITHOUT DELAY..I TRUSTED AND WAITED BUT FINALLY 4 DAYS BEFORE XMAS I GOT AN EMAIL TO SAY THEY NO LONGER HAVE ANY STOCK LEFT SO WILL BE CANCELLING MY ORDER. I WILL NEVER SHOP FROM THEM AGAIN. I AM NOW WAITING FOR MY REFUND WHICH IS NOT GOING TO BE WITHOUT FURTHER DISTRESS :-(
