Very easy to use for lounge bookings.
Value for money seems a bit hit and miss (not Lounge passes fault) for example at Gatwick we got a freshly cooked breakfast item and lots of other things to pick from.
Where as in Venice we got cold pizza and sandwiches which tasted the same (nothing suitable for vegetarians at all), broken cookies and drinks were all behind the bar, even soft drinks and coffee had to be asked for.
I would certainly try and track down reviews of lounges themselves before wasting money on them as it's unbelievable that the Venice lounge cost more.
