Perfect Lights are perfect, cashback is attractive

A Company that Contravenes Trading Standards A company that will contravene UK trading standards by false advertising - advertising a light with remote and then no remote control is provided. They even stated they would send it so I asked my electrician to add the light. Now I am stuck - they won't confirm they will pay for the work to take old light down / add new light on and they won't even send a replacement. The solution they provided: flicking light switch on and off quickly (like a strobe affect) will act as a dimmer. Frankly bizarre - this will just cause (a) Risk of short circuiting (b) Additional wear and tear to the light switch. ( c) Dangerous strobing affect

Rejected cashback -beware Rejected say TCB site wasn’t the reason for the purchase, I may have looked at their website previously whilst researching but ordered through the TCB link. I would not have purchased from them if it was not for the cashback, just an excuse to not pay up
