After about 6 months they declined. It tracked ok and was legitimate purchase. Wish I'd read reviews before as lots of people with same experience. AVOID!

No problem with my purchase of contact lenses on the two occasions I used this company.
However although the cashback tracked, after a year it turned to zero. It appears they only pay out when you make regular purchases from them.
I wouldn't bother with them as there are plenty of other sites on here offering cashback for relatively cheap contact lenses.

Two purchases made last year, both tracked then disappeared when no further contact lens purchases made. Put in claims last November and still waiting. Beware using this merchant as they will only pay if you become a regular customer...

3 purchases tracked. One ran over 100 days and I had to submit claim - still outstanding. Two others tracked then vanished without explanation and I had to submit 2 more claims - still outstanding. Disappointing cashback performance and I would not use again.
