Got a great deal on the holiday to Legoland with the children, and then got another £18 back from Top Cashback proper bargain. Transaction showed on my account next day, overall a first class experiance for my first Top Cashback transaction and will definately book this way next time.

Holiday Booked in May now December and the sale still hasn't tracked and all attempts to query the cashback have failed. Would not recommend or count on Legoland holidays for honouring any cashback.

I originally left a review in September 2016, following a holiday in May 16. I expressed my disappointment at how slow the cashback process was (at that time, the average payment time was shorter than it is now) - Anyway, I raised a support ticket, which is basically an exchange with someone who says they can only pay you when the merchant pays them. I closed the ticket in May 17 (a year after the holiday) as I thought there was little point taking wasting my time for the sake of around £10. On checking my account today (24/2/18), 92 weeks after the holiday, the cashback is finally payable! So, be prepared for a loooooooooooong wait for cashback and ignore the "faster paying" banner! If the average is (currently) 19 weeks & 5 days, then a couple of people must have been paid on the day of their transaction to achieve this average. Please note that the holiday itself and Legoland was very good and, although it rained very hard on day 2, we had a great time!

A year after the booking was made (7 months after the holiday) we still hadn't received cashback from this company. I was very impressed with TopCashback's customer services but I don't think the company ever actually paid the cashback.

Did everything as I should but refused to pay out. Having lodged a claim I was told that my claim has been declined as the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction. Disappointing.
