TopArcade FAQ

Who powers TopArcade?

TopCashback has partnered with AdAction to power TopArcade. Whilst using TopArcade you will likely see mentions of both AdAction (the Company) and AdGem (the Platform). AdGem's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply while using TopArcade and can be viewed within TopArcade after clicking "Try Now" above.

What devices can I use this on?

TopArcade has mobile games available for both iOS and Android devices. If you're clicking through to TopArcade from a non-mobile device then you can filter the games by your chosen operating system and, when you select a game, you will be shown a QR code to scan with the camera on your mobile device. Scanning the QR code with your mobile device will take you to the App Store listing and you can install the game from there.

When will I get my cashback?

Once you've completed a milestone, the cashback should be visible in your TopCashback account within 7 days. Provided you have met all of the eligibility requirements, your cashback should be available to payout around 30 days later.

My cashback hasn't tracked - what can I do?

You can raise this with AdGem and they will look in to it directly. To do this, click "Try Now" at the top of this page to visit TopArcade. Then click "My Offers", and select the game that you need to query. There is a link for Support at the bottom of the milestones.
