Transaction from January finally showing as tracking after three or four nudges. When it finally becomes payable I will edit comment below from April. Took nearly six months to pay.
In fairness to La Senza, we ordered more stuff a couple of weeks ago and it showed the cashback almost straight away, so it looks like they may have got their act into gear.
Products-wise: all excellent, no problems with any of it and we ordered quite a lot of stuff.

Great products, cheaper than their store and very fast despatch. However it took a lot of nudges, etc. to finally get the cashback. Despite that, over a month later it is now showing as tracking, I'm simply waiting for it to become payable.
Great product, fast despatch and well packaged - only problem is the sometimes intermittent tracking.
