La Senza refused to pay cashback and offered no reason for their refusal , unacceptable ... I've been using TCB for many years now and have earnt well over £3000 in cashback so I know how to clear cookies etc , its second nature to me !
Avoid shopping at La Senza if you expect to recieve your cashback as they are thieves !

Bought christmas gifts from La Senza for last christmas. The cash back showed up but never went payable as they went in to administration.
I bought the items from La Senza as I thought I was getting the cash back. Without it i would of been cheaper buying elsewhere.
I see theyre back now but i wont be trusting them for cash back again.

I have been waiting 10 months and still waiting for the cashback from this merchant. Hasn't been tracked so submitted a missing cashback claim, which has said waiting for retailer for the last 8-10 months!
