I made a slight mistake when I placed my order. Rang customer services to ask if the order could be amended. Was told no. I asked if the order had been processed and completed for delivery, they said is was being processed but they still would not amend the order. I had no alternative except to cancel the order and reorder the whole amount. Unfortunately by the time I had done this some of the sale items were now out of stock. However the out of stock items were on my original order and I could not reorder them. Shame on you La Senza
Is this how Theo Patheatis makes his money.
