	great retailer and good product

	Never had any problems when it was Empire Stores, Cashback was 8% and it always tracked immediatly and paid on time but since merging the cashback has been reduced to 2% and hasnt tracked at all yet.

	They used to offer around 8% cashback (when it was just great universal) which was good but since they merged and are now known as k&co they have dropped the cashback to around 2% which is rubbish and barely worth it really :-(

	Why has the cashback gone down to 2 percent since all the catalogues have joined together. Always was 8 percent so might have to think of shopping else where.

	I have used this catalogue under the name of great universal for years now and have no complaints about the goods or the service you receive.The delivery of goods can sometimes be the next day,they do give you a delivery day which is good.
