	I bought £150 curtains in November 2019, it’s June 2020 and they still have not paid the cash back. I would have shopped elsewhere if I knew this would happen!

	The worst experience. Do they have any customer service skills ? The answer is NO! Nightmare to deal with . Waited 24 days for a refund ! Sent so many emails but they just reply back with nonsense and kept quoting their pathetic policy . I really wanted donecurtsins from them but now I wouldn’t even buy a candle ! I wouldn’t recommend anyone shopping here .
