	Always declined until queried. I don't know how many times I've ordered over the last several years, but it's usually about once every 5 weeks. My procedure is to go onto TopCashBack, click their link to Incontinence Supermarket, log in to my account on Inco S, go to my orders, click "Re-order" and pay. Later that day, I get confirmation in my TopCashBack account then 5 days later it's declined. You have to wait at least 7 days before you can open a TCB complaint, but once that happens you wait a couple of months then low and behold the original amount is re-entered into your account and 2 days later becomes payable. Frankly this is an issue with Inco Supermarket, and if it was only once or twice I'd think it was an error. As it happens every time, it's either deliberate or they can't be bothered to fix their system.

	straight decline - no reason I made a straight forward purchase using no discount code. There is no reason to decline this. I would suggest people are lured to buy from via them signing up to TCB then they decline. Very disappointing and reason enough to choose elsewhere.

	Not using this again I received cashback the first few times of using this, then the last time it was declined. Luckily there are other companies I can obtain supplies for my mother

	Gets declined beware First time it tracked and paid out second time it tracked and was declined spent 70+ for my mum won’t be using again
