On the slower side, but generous amounts
Used their site directly as that offers the best rates anyway. The cashback is great and now I'm confident enough to book direct again.

Do They Pay? I’m Guessing Not.
Based on the average payment time of 4 weeks I should have received payment in November. Three months on and still no sign of it. Don’t count on this cashback as all of their reviews and my experience would suggest it is not real. It’s a shame TopCashback don’t kick them off the platform if they don’t pay up.

THE worst company for paying out cashback... avoid.
I have two cashback claims from Iberostar, for £234 and £231... and both are at least 8 years old, and permanently stuck as "Claimed."
Iberostar is THE worst company for paying out cashback. They just don't do it. And it's the only reason I'm not voting for TopCashBack in the Moneyfactscompare awards.
When a company is this bad at paying out cashback (read all of the other 1-star reviews of them), TCB should get rid of them.... but they don't.
And TopCashback just stick to their line about "Make sure you have cookies enabled, perhaps you didn't click on the link, etc etc etc."
So, if you're planning on booking an Iberostar, *don't* book direct... use the cashback via Expedia, Agoda, etc.
