Do not use - cheaper prices when you go direct
I recently made a booking for airport parking at Gatwick via Holiday Extras using the TopCashback link, expecting to receive 17% cashback. I selected Maple Parking Meet and Greet South, which was listed at £100.
However, when checking the exact same booking directly on the Holiday Extras website, the price is only £90. This raises concerns about pricing discrepancies – it appears I'm being charged more simply for using Top Cashback link, which defeats the purpose of using TopCashback in the first place. Nothing really "Top" about this?
Furthermore, although the cashback rate was advertised as 17%, my transaction has tracked at only £83.33 (suppose excl VAT which is fine) and is showing just 10% cashback (£8.33). As a result, I’ve ended up paying more than I would have if I’d booked directly without using TopCashback.
This feels quite misleading and contrary to the value proposition of Top Cashback service. This is not the first time and I have noticed similar issues with other online retailers. Disappointing

Great Service
Great service provided when parking at Gatwick, i did have to raise a claim as i didnt get the special higher TCB but the claim went through fine and I got the full amount.
Recommended.

Exclusive offers are a scam
Don't fall for the exclusive offers, you always get 1% cashback. I received 75p cashback instead of £15. Use other merchants instead.

Got awarded a much reduced rate and despite emailing customer services several times noth8ng has been done, although Cashback agrees with the greater amount, so disappointed.

This is the easiest and quickest payment of cashback I've had since using Top Cashback.
Prices for airport Parking were competitive to begin with but speedy cashback was definitely a bonus!

Scammers they charge twice for the same product.
So used these before without an issue, this time i booked the parking some time ago, got an email today saying i should get insurance on my parking in case of a delayed return flight, it was only a couple of pounds so i thought i may as well. i clicked on the link and pressed the button and paid. I then thought id look at my order to find i had already been sold the same insurance when i originally booked. I contacted them and was told i would have to wait days for my refund, absolute scam, how many people have they done this to at a couple of pounds each time. And why should i have to wait a week for the refund. very dubious practises, avoid if you can.

I booked Heathrow car parking with holidayextras because they offered cash back. I spent £132 but my cashback was declined without any reason given. To me that is a con as they promise cashback and then don't give it. I won't book through them again.

Cannot understand why cashback only paid on net amount as the company only has to pay HMR&C the VAT on the amount they receive for the supply.
