Always had great service from them but recently they're showing the purchase as only half of what I actually spent so the cashback is a lot less than expected. £27 tracked as £13.50 and £80 only tracked as £42, so that's far more than vat and delivery costs excluded. Still it's nice to get any cashback on something I was buying anyway.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, have ordered twice through TCB, have not used any discount codes and have had my cash back declined both times. The first has been recovered by Customer Services, still waiting for the second claim to be resolved. Very happy with Hobbycraft itself.

Tracked fine, no problems with order. But took a whopping 4 months to go from tracked to confirmed, then another 3 weeks to go to payable. That's by far the slowest I've experienced from any retailer on here.

Ordered a cross stitch kit which was in the sale and it took ages to arrive. When it did the packaging was very soiled but the contents were ok. Went through top cash back but nothing appeared in my account so put a claim in which in fairness tcb investigated but the outcome disappointing as hobbycraft say i went through a third party!!! Find this difficult to understand. Blame is placed on cookies etc. Think this is a copout by hobbycraft as have used tcb for years and never had this problem. Hobbycraft refuse to identify this third party to tcb so we are all at a stalemate. Will be very hesitant to use hobbycraft again through top cash back. Also find that hobbycraft is often out of stock of many items same as their empty shelves in store.

My new sewing machine came extremely quickly and customer services were really helpful. I'd buy from these again. Just wish my cashback amount was confirmed quicker as I'm still waiting and I brought my goods in October.
